Information Collected Upon contacting us: When you send us email we will archive the email and we may use the provided information to improve our services. For example, we reserve the right to publish the content of your email absent any personally identifying information to respond to your request or help other users. We may use your email address to send you information about our services and to provide information about our services to you.
Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a Task Krumplr account, you provide some personal information, such as your username, password, or email address. Task Krumplr users can find out about your Task Krumplr username by using your account's email address to grant you access to one of their projects. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Krumplr, Inc., such as service announcements, administrative messages, etc., and that these communications are considered part of the Service and You will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
Service Data: We collect information from you relating to the projects, tasks, and other features in the service. We use this data in order to provide the service to you, to provide you with product support, and on an aggregate basis to improve and update our products and services. Further usage information is provided in “Information Sharing and Disclosure” below.
Links: Krumplr, Inc. may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications and client applications. We do this to help improve our Services.
Log-Data: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, device and application IDs, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services. Krumplr, Inc. uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them.
Crash-Data: Our mobile client applications may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information relating to application crashes if one should occur. This information may include, without limitation, device state information at the time of a crash, unique device identifiers and information relating to the physical location of a device at the time of a crash.
Third-Parties: Krumplr, Inc. uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as hosting our applications and databases, and to help us understand the use of our Services and monitor and improve their quality. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by our mobile client application or your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address.
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your Task Krumplr account.
Network Transmissions: You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including Your User Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can also permanently delete your Task Krumplr account. If you delete your account we will delete all your information including your non-shared projects and all their tasks from our systems. We may retain some residual information for some time as part of our backup strategy.
Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at ‘privacy’ at krumplr. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
If you’re located outside of the United States of America, your personally identifiable information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located in the United States, the laws of which may be deemed by your state, province or country to have inadequate data protection. By choosing to provide us with your personally identifiable information, you are giving us consent to transfer your personally identifiable information to the United States and to process it there.
